The weather Saturday was beautiful. It was cold, and snowing but not quite cold enough for the snow to stick so it was the perfect day to head to the zoo! It was kind a spur of the moment thing, but it might have even been more fun than thrifting. gasp!
The zoo was fairly empty. (YES! I hate crowds) but we saw just every animal the zoo had during the summer, some were just indoors! Of course I took oodles of pictures....
We saw the cutest koalas, oh my gosh, I had no idea they were so cute. I just wanted to pick one up and squeeze it. (Do koalas make noises? I bet it's really cute if they do!) I cried about two cuddling cheetahs, they were purring so loud. It was absolutely precious. I wish I would have gotten a picture but I was too busy making little "squeeee" noises. I also teared up over how cute some little tiny monkeys were!
Enough gushing about cute animals. It's dinner time. Hope you're having a lovely day!

I totally had forgotten the Cleveland zoo had a small section aquatic exhibits. Even better than that they have an octopus. But we didn't get to see him do anything other than sleep! I was pretty stoked about these piranhas though. They looked so fake, Kevin and I both agreed they reminded us of something from The Life Aquatic.
