- My family. I have an amazing family. I'm so thankful that they're always there to help out, and support me in whatever I do.
- The kitties. Although this pretty much belongs in the "family" category they need mentioned by themselves. I'm really thankful to have found four purrrrrrfect kittens who are loving, cuddly and don't pee on the floor or really have any bad habits for that matter.
- My job. I'm thankful that I'm fortunate enough to be able to work from home doing something I love.
- ALL OF YOU! When I first started this blog I never, in my wildest dreams, imagined I'd have more than a handful of readers and somehow I ended up some of the a ton nicest people ever reading my blog. I absolutely adore reading comments, emails and letters about how something I posted brightened your day or inspired you.
The list of things I'm thankful for isn't even something I could begin to type up but it is Thanksgiving so, of course, I'm going to share a very short list.
our cute little house, bubble baths, milkshakes, sunny fall days, mushrooms, the internet, always having food in the kitchen*, good health, perfect vision, hair that tolerates being dyed a lot, having not-so-bad neighbors, parks and "undeveloped" land, the sound of rain on the roof, good books, kindness of strangers, aquariums, fields full of flowers, baked tofu sandwiches, virgil's rootbeer, etsy, cake, fake animal mounts, thrift stores, jim carrey movies, lolcats, the beach, pizza, etc, etc.
* except when we forget to go grocery shopping that week. please tell me we aren't the only people that forget to grocery shop....
Well, I'm going to go now, there are mashed potatoes to be eaten and family to spend time with. Hope you're having a wonderful day!
xoxo
