Sometimes it's really nice to dress up "fancy" for work. This is such a huge improvement to when I used to never get dressed and just sewed in my pjs. I'm pretty proud to say I now get dressed at least 5 day out of the week. It makes such a big difference on my attitude and work ethic when I'm not just hanging out in my fuzzy jammie pants and a baggy tshirt.
Isn't my brooch from Under The Shade Of A Bonsai Tree beautiful? It was waiting for me when I went to check my "box of disappointment" (that's what I call my PO Box when it doesn't get any packages in a while) and oh my gosh, it was packaged so pretty. Opening the package was just like opening a present (and it actually inspired me to work on my own packaging) The brooch is extremely well made and I was seriously impressed with how the pin part was attached, no glue showing at all. It looks very professional. I am head over heels in love with it. I can't wait to wear it on everything!
