Last Friday I took the day off work and went thrifting with my mom. It was tons of fun, as always, and we got a bunch of really great stuff. Well thrift Santa must read my blog because I asked for a cuckoo clock for Christmas and guess what I found at Unique Thrift Store....
So, on my collection I've spent a total of $34.98, not bad if I do say so myself! The largest with the deer head on top was $2 from an auction, the small colorful one was $15 on etsy, the other small one was $2 in an auction box (that was also filled with deer figurines and other awesome stuff!). The smaller of the three biggest ones was $9.99 at Unique Thrift Store and the newest one was $5.99 at Unique Thrift Store.

A NEW CUCKOO CLOCK!
(it's the bottom one on the right side, with three birds)
Well, new to me. This sucker was in bad shape. The roof was falling off and had tape holding the two pieces of it together. It's previous owner had tried to fix some parts of it with glue and did a horrendous job so Kevin was nervous about letting me go at her with the glue gun but (as a skilled glue gun user, haha) I did a pretty awesome job. From the front you can't even tell she's all beat up, only from the back would you know the hard life this clock has had. (uh, excuse the stuff on the top of the new clock, we had just hung the two little ones above it and wall stuff made a little mess that I didn't even notice until now!)
