Happy Monday!

I had a wonderful weekend! Lots of thrifting, good food and a family get together.
Saturday Kevin and I hit up a buuuunch of thrift stores we hadn't visited in a while, and despite one shopper announcing to her group of friends that "the circus must be in town" (ugh), it was a lot of fun!


I found: Thee cutest cat mug.

And there's one on each side!! I can't wait to drink insane amounts of hot chocolate out of it this winter!

This adorable cutting board. It matches my favorite set of canisters. Since it matches out kitchen colors it's found a new home on our wall!


Another silly (yet some how irresistible to me) set of wall hangings. That horse is hilarious, especially because I thought it was a unicorn at first.


Two pretty jars. I don't really need them, but I couldn't pass them up. I'm thinking of putting my special buttons in them. (Is that weird to have "special buttons"? I just mean the really pretty ones)

 A full roll of wallpaper (it'd be cute to cover notebooks in!) and some contact paper. I wish the flowery one was the wallpaper instead!


 Aaaaand a magic garden! I've been wanting one of these crystal growing kits for sometime so when I spotted this one I ripped open the package to make sure everything was there and guarded it carefully the rest of the way around the store (like someone else would actually want it, ha!).  I'll make sure to post pictures of how it turns out!


Now it's time for me to get to work. Kevin started day shift this morning so we are now normal people, not zombies! It was really weird getting up at 5am, and will probably be even more strange going to bed before 2am. I'm excited to have a not so messed up sleep schedule. I will definitely not miss him working nights.
