    cake-sicles!!
    Over the weekend Kevin's parents gave me birthday gifts, one of which was a cake-sicle pan!
    I frosted one with the glaze I used on donuts, and the other I melted vegan chocolate chips with the double boiler and spooned it on.
    I used the chocolate cupcake recipe I posted a few weeks ago, and they turned out perfect!! The bake time in this pan was quick and they were super easy to make.
    And a pre-frosting picture! Some of them were pretty puffy, but they look just fine when you frost and decorate them.
    Aren't they the cutest things?!
