Got Craft? Accepting Applications!


    A modern twist on the conventional craft fair, Got Craft? aims to bring together a community that fosters handmade and DIY culture. Founded in 2007 in Vancouver and held twice a year in May and December, they are now happy to announce their London, UK debut in November! Applications are currently open for the London, UK and Vancouver, BC events. Click on the City for application details or check out the website for more information. Applications close on September 15th!

Ceramics: Fleet Objects


    Fleet Objects is the Vancouver based design studio of Zoe Garred. Working primarily with natural materials, Zoe's passion lies in creating objects that are useful but abstract in form and application. By leaving the function of her pieces open to interpretation she invites the user to define the object's significance. I like how the plates can become lids to the pools ( different sized bowls/vase) and that the pieces can be used for various uses.

    Zoe has exhibited all over the world including at the Designboom mart in ICFF NYC and 100% Design Tokyo, Designboom's “Handled with Care” in London. She holds degrees in industrial design from Emily Carr University and in painting from the University of Calgary. Visit Fleet Objects online:
