As you may have gathered from this post and this one my dad is an animal lover. It runs in the family. If you go on vacation my dad excepts you to bring home an animal, not a souvenir. He's kind of like a mix between Ace Ventura and Steve Irwin except even more awesome.
Anyways, last week while working on a garbage truck at work (he's a mechanic) he found this little guy, and of course took him home!
I'm not 100 percent sure what kind of lizard this is, from what I can find online he's some sort of short-horned lizard. But regardless, isn't he really neat?! (update: he's an orange bearded dragon! thanks sarah!) When I first picked him up he took me by surprise because he was very flat. He was a really chill little dude too, my mom said that on the ride over to my house that he just slept on the steering wheel.
Doctor Octopus might not like the new kitten but he sure didn't mind this guy!
Sorry for the short post today, it's a busy Monday. I'm finishing up a project I've been working on for quite some time, then I've got a date with my sewing machine!
