So much so that Alice in Wardrobe Wonderland might as well be a blog dedicated to La Moss, but surely you understand how addictive she and the photographs taken of her over the years are?? These are 4 of the postcards I picked up when I went to see the Face of Fashion exhibition at The National Portrait Gallery in April 2007. The exhibition focused on the portraits of five photographers from Europe and America: Mert Alas & Marcus Piggot, Corinne Day, Steven Klein, Paolo Roversi and Mario Sorrenti. I just had a look through the book I bought that was published to coincide with the exhibition, and it really was incredible. Kate Moss and Corinne Day are a monumental part of fashion history. The exhibition ran from 15th February - 28th May 2007.

I'm going to be honest. I didn't know a lot about this tragic social butterfly until I saw 2006's Factory Girl. A film (especially that film) cannot do a person's life justice, so I can't even imagine how heartbreaking her journey really was. Maybe we'll never actually know, but I think the few photos there are of her (compared to the amount there are of say Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepburn) are truly endearing and iconic x
