I finally baked! I can't believe it took until February for me to bake, last year I was baking nearly once a week. I think I might be back in the groove now because I'm already ready to bake again. I can't stop thinking about making colorful breads, rainbow cakes and rootbeer cookies (recipe here)!
Two days ago I made some Valentines day inspired cinnamon donuts. I used my normal recipe with tons more cinnamon than the recipe calls for. Soooo delicious! I'm kind of embarrassed to admit that they're already gone. (Granted the recipe only makes 15 or so and Kevin took a handful to work to share) Donuts are probably my favorite thing to bake, and eat!
I used edible glitter
to make the tops sparkley! I love that stuff, minus the fact it's all over my camera now. I wish I could share donuts with all of you, although I think I might just be satisfied if I could make my pictures scratch and sniff (how awesome would that be!?!)
