Kevin and I have been spending more and more time at the beach since discovering how awesome it is in the winter. I can honestly say we've been there more times so far this winter than we went all spring/summer/fall. It's awesome because there is literally no one there except us.
We found a new beach to visit on Monday, it's right off of a hiking trail. I love discovering new local places to explore. It's so exciting. Getting out of the house and taking walks on the beach is the only thing keeping me sane this winter. I love the snow when it's fresh, white and falling but when it's been there a few weeks, is the grossest color of brown and kind of slushie - it's kind of a drag to see. ( I hope that all my ramblings about not liking winter aren't taken as complaining. I'm really not meaning to complain, just want to express how I feel. Ya know?)
