What's in my camera bag changes with the season. My camera bag in Spring, Summer and Fall is a lot heavier than during the winter months. I thought it might be kind of fun to what's in my camera bag now.
I rotate between three bags, the regular looking one that you probably picture when you think of a camera bag, Lowepro SlingShot and Lowepro Passport Sling which is the one pictured above. Neither of the three are particularly pretty but when it comes to camera bags I'm all about functionality before looks. The Lowepro one's are my favorite, they can hold a lot, safely and all the pockets are easy to access so you can quickly change lens or grab more film.
So what's in my bag....
And that's that! Remind me and in summer time I'll show you what's in my bag then! ;)

So what's in my bag....
film, of course. 35mm & lots of instax film.
Two thrifted 35mm cameras. I love these silly looking cameras, they both work great and are fairly small. I keep them both my bag just in case Kevin forgets his camera and wants to shoot or one runs out of film while I'm in the middle of shooting and there isn't time to load new film.
Macro Filters. My favorite camera "accessory" ever. I have a +1,+2,+4 and a +10. They work wonders. I don't know what I did without them. Here's an example of what the +2 can do. I think these should be in everyone's camera bag!
My instax mini, of course. She goes everywhere with me. (Speaking of, I'll do a little 52 weeks of instax update soon! It's been a while)
Gum, wax for my braces, chapstick (those three are essentials everywhere I go!) two garbage bags and two ziplock bags. Why the garbage bags? One to kneel on and the other to place my bag on! I like to get photos from all different perspectives and a lot of the time the ground is wet. The ziplock bags? To collect things - acorns, leaves, flowers, etc.
Three lenses. From tallest to shortest; 75-300mm Zoom Lens. Perfect for capturing animals without disturbing them (Like my squirrel pictures!). Next is just a standard 18-55mm. I really only use it with my macro lens. Last but not least my 50mm. It's my go-to lens and is almost always on my camera. That's something else I think should be in everyone's camera bag, it's an amazing lens.
Not pictured: my Canon 60D, who I still love as much as the day I bought her!!Three lenses. From tallest to shortest; 75-300mm Zoom Lens.
